Joyce Linsao – My Story

In the field of education, I am a professor in both tertiary and graduate schools (Miriam College, DLSU, FEU Diliman, Our Lady of Fatima University). Also, I held administrative positions in the academe.

In the corporate world, I held managerial (supervisory, managerial to VP-ranked) positions in IT systems and budget, HR management and development, organizational development. The industries I have worked with are in finance, education, entrepreneurship, training and consulting, electric distribution, engineering and laboratory distributorship, and media.

In the field of training, learning and development, advisory and consulting, my clients then and until now come from both the private and public sector, and from PAHRODF, World Bank and Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) funded projects.

Currently I am also the Subject Matter Expert of CSC-CSI in Strategic Competency-Based HR System, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Talent Management and Development. I handled more than forty (40) NGAs, LGUs, GOCCs and Executive Offices in the government sector.

Moreover, my consulting projects include, among others – Management Strategist at Hytec Power Inc. and HR Strategist (Advisor capacity) at Cubiks Consulting Pty. Ltd., NSW, Australia.
